Nicole is a registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, with over 5 years of case management experience specialising in mental health and injury management within the private sector. Nicole has helped support clients through anxiety, depression, family turmoil, lack of self esteem, suicidal thoughts and many more struggles individual’s may encounter.

Her warm, engaging, and empathetic demeanour compliments her wide-ranging knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, resulting in a successful track record of helping diverse clients enhance meaning and quality in their lives. Focused on adults and adolescents, Nicole is committed to establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic space and advocating collaborative efforts with each client to craft personalised treatment plans.

Drawing from a foundation of evidence-based practice, including ACT, DBT, strength based and positive psychology, Nicole aids clients in comprehending their emotions and discovering a way to live life in the services of their core values.
